NEW Santa Cruz and Pisco Trek

We think that the Santa Cruz Trek, through the heart of Peru's Cordillera Blanca, is the best trek in Peru. We have been doing it for many years, for acclimatisation, before climbing Huascaran, the country's highest mountain. This summer, we are offering the trek, together with an optional ascent of Pisco (5,752m) as an 18-day trip from the UK. The trek is graded 'T1' and is suitable for fit trekkers. To climb Pisco, you need to have some basic ice axe, crampon and rope skills, for example gained on an Introductory Long Weekend in Scotland, or an Alpine Introduction course.
