Andy has sent this report from Cogne:

"Conditions now looking good in Cogne with the ice growing fast over the last week, mild (-8) overnight temperatures have kept the ice flowing, and most of the classics are in nick.

We have had a good few days on the week course so far, climbing Valmiana, Patri left and right, Antares and Chandelle Levure. We have a couple of days of superb ice still to come.

Back in Chamonix the ski slopes are looking pretty good now with regular snowfall over the week."
