Last month we had a team of 8 climbers travel to Ecuador. Led by Jaime Avila (IFMGA) they managed to summit Cayambe (5790m) and Cotopaxi (5897m). Unfortunately they had poor weather on Illiniza Norte so turned around at 5000m. The snow conditions on the glacier on Chimborazo were unstable so they reached a high point of 5800m before descending.
