Introduction
Rock Introduction provides you with a solid foundation in the skills of rock climbing on single and multi-pitch crags. It is designed for those with very little or no previous experience of rock climbing. Many of the techniques taught are transferable to an Alpine environment, thereby supporting your overall climbing and ability to tackle more challenging routes in the bigger mountains. If, however, you simply wish to get into rock climbing, this weekend course is a great way to start. The course is instructed at a ratio of 1:2.
